Tanja Heinz successfully completed her mathematics studies in Frankfurt/Main. She worked for several years in fund controlling at various investment companies. Meanwhile, she became an IT Security Manager, reflecting her passion for information security and technological challenges. Tanja joined KfW Capital in January 2025, where she coordinates operational risk and continuity management and works as a Transaction Manager.

Kira Irmler joined KfW with a cooperative study in Business Administration including a bankers degree. Afterwards she worked in the disbursement management for KfW Development Bank for eight years. Amongst others her responsibilities included disbursements and the design of disbursement-related contract annexes for different country portfolios. During this time, she completed a career-integrated Master's degree in Management at Mainz University of Applied Sciences. Kira Irmler has been working as a Transaction Specialist in the Investment Services team of KfW Capital since August 2024.

Alice has several years of experience as a team lead at KfW, including in disbursement management and risk controlling. Previously, she was Senior Investment Manager for the supervisory boards of HHL and Deutsche Flugsicherung. Before joining KfW, she worked as an equity analyst at COMINVEST Asset Management and DZ Bank. She completed her studies in business administration at the Goethe University Frankfurt.

Before starting at KfW Capital, the banker worked in the service team of KfW Development Bank as a project and interface manager in disbursement management. He started his career at Commerzbank AG in Dortmund, Frankfurt am Main and Milan in documentary payment transactions (guarantees and letters of credit) in the import and export business. During weekend studies, he acquired the banking qualification ‘Bankfachwirt (IHK)’ with a focus on foreign business in Hagen. Since March 2024, Jörg is working in the Investment Service team at KfW Capital.

Jolita joined KfW Capital in October 2025 as a Transaction Specialist in the Investment Services team. Previously, she worked in Contract Management and Sales Support at a global Data Center provider and in the Financial Services industry, where she was responsible for the onboarding, KYC, and transaction analysis. She holds an MA in Economic Geography, Economics and International Technical and Economic Cooperation from RWTH Aachen and a part-time degree in Business Administration with a focus on Banking & Finance from Frankfurt School.

Jan Niebisch joined KfW Capital in September 2024, bringing extensive experience from his role as a Senior Fund Analyst at Principal Real Estate Spezialfonds­gesellschaft mbH in Frankfurt. There, he was responsible for the management and representation of health care real estate funds to investors. His academic background is characterized by a business-oriented focus with specializations in real estate management and digital transformation processes.

Constanze Prümmer has been a transaction specialist in the Investment Services team at KfW Capital since April 2025. Before joining KfW Capital, she worked in the Investor Relations & Services department of a German private equity firm and has many years of transaction experience in M&A from a major international law firm. She successfully completed her studies in European Law (LL.B.) and International Commercial Law (LL.M.) in Maastricht and Rotterdam.

Tim Rösch has joined KfW Capital in August 2025 as a Transaction Specialist. Prior to joining, he worked for several federal authorities, including the Federal Foreign Office and the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority, and lectured in public finance at the Federal University of Applied Administrative Sciences. After accomplishing his degree as a Diplom-Finanzwirt (FH), Tim obtained his master’s degree in Commercial and Tax law at Ruhr-University Bochum.
