Dr Jörg Goschin

As a principal investor, senior manager, company founder, and advisor to the German government, Jörg currently serves as the CEO of KfW Capital, a subsidiary of the German state-owned KfW banking group and a leading European VC fund investor, which he co-founded in 2018. Previous stations of his career include The Blackstone Group, Cerberus Capital and BNP Paribas. Earlier in his career, he held positions at The Boston Consulting Group, and Metzler Bank. Jörg holds a PhD in Finance and a dual degree in Electrical Engineering and Economics.

Alexander Thees

Alexander Thees has held various positions within KfW Group since 1996 and has been serving in management roles since 2002, gaining many years of business policy and operational experience in structured finance and venture capital. Since the foundation of KfW Capital in 2018, he has been a member of its Management Board and has been responsible for the continuous development of the company's business model and product range. Within the Management Board, Alexander oversees risk and portfolio management, finance, as well as various central functions.

Christina Petri

Christina has already worked with Alexander Thees – she managed his office in KfW's Individual Finance department and was also the department assistant. Her responsibilities there included support in handling the promotional bank's special programmes. Christina fast-tracked her training as an administrative assistant for office communications at KfW, completing the programme in just two years.
